Modus Humanus significa “O Caminho Humano”.

  • Meet everyone with kindness. Approach others with calmness, respect, and openness.

Practice empathy. Make an effort to understand people, their circumstances, beliefs, and actions.

Reject prejudice and dehumanization. Every human—regardless of gender or background—is an equal part of humanity.

Avoid shaming. The best way to offer criticism is through questions and understanding.

Be helpful. Offer assistance whenever possible, without expecting anything in return.

  • Stay calm. Do not let anything or anyone dictate your emotions or actions.

Think before you act. Let your actions be intentional, not impulsive.

Stay physically fit. Maintain strength and endurance throughout life.

Eat healthily. Be mindful of your food sources and intake. Eat and drink in moderation and with appreciation.

Keep yourself presentable and clean. Carry yourself with modest dignity and self-respect.

  • Be Adaptable. Approach the world with openness and flow with life’s natural course.

Seek wisdom. Be conscious of learning; use your senses and sharpen your intellect daily.

Learn from experience. Reflect on both your mistakes and achievements.

Observe without judgment. Stay open and curious about the world around you.

Hone your skills. Continually challenge yourself, especially in areas where you already excel.

  • Live simply. Value quality over quantity; avoid waste.

Avoid exaggeration. Be yourself—honest and truthful. Do not seek to impress.

Appreciate inner peace. Choose a calm mind over the pursuit of status and external validation.

Take only what you need. Always leave more than you take.

Take nothing for granted. Accept rejection and failure with dignity; never complain.

  • Be self-aware. Recognize your impact on others and the world around you.

Be attentive. Acknowledge and appreciate the presence of others, both friends and strangers.

Be generous. Share what you can, even if it is just a kind word.

Show appreciation. Be grateful for acts of kindness and the things you receive.

Plant a tree before you die. Someone, someday, will appreciate sitting in its shade.iption

  • The universe is in a state of constant change and infinite expansion.

In the vastness of the cosmos, our planet is but a single grain of sand among all the sand in the world.

Everything in the universe is interconnected and governed by the same fundamental physical laws.

Earth is the only known place with life and the only home we have.

The grandeur and wonder of the universe will always surpass human imagination and understanding.

  • Truth arises from an objective and unbiased evaluation of available facts.

Beliefs and opinions encompass more, whereas truth depends solely on what can be proven.

Be mindful that opinions and convictions are sometimes presented as truth to maintain influence and authority.

Truth expresses what is known at present and can change with new, more reliable evidence.

Truth must be continually examined to prevent it from becoming dogmatic or false.

  • Evil is any action intended to cause harm, pain, or death for selfish gain or pleasure.

Evil is not an external force beyond human existence but a facet of human nature.

Pain, suffering, and death caused by events beyond human control are tragic and catastrophic but not evil.

Thoughtless actions become evil when driven by indifference or a refusal to acknowledge their harmful impact.

Hatred and dehumanization are despicable justifications for malicious intent and actions.

  • Humans possess a unique ability to create stories that shape existence and lead people toward either progress or destruction.

Power is built on the contributions of others and should therefore be used to uplift all, especially the most powerless.

Some will go to great lengths to gain power—and even further to keep it. Entrust power to those who desire it the least.

When too much power is concentrated in too few hands, abuse and corruption flourish, hindering justice and progress.

Anyone who holds power has a corresponding obligation to contribute to a free and just world for all.

  • Humanity is part of an unbroken chain of life that connects all living things.

Evolution has shaped humanity, making human life a journey of discovery, growth, and fulfillment.

The wonder of life lies in experiencing and appreciating its existence between birth and death.

The purpose of a human life is actively shaped by the choices we make, the values we act upon, and the attitudes we adopt.

The pinnacle of human existence is the transformation of life experiences—through senses, emotions, and thoughts—into knowledge, wisdom, and creation.
